A site that answers, not just impresses.

Website work at SparkX starts with the questions your customers actually ask. We build a clear structure around those answers, then design and develop pages that load quickly and read well on a phone. Content is written to be maintained by your team, not locked inside a system only we can edit.

Discuss your project

The friction

Sound familiar?

Many sites look fine and say little. Visitors cannot tell what you sell, who it is for, or what happens next. Pages load slowly on mobile, and the content has not changed in two years because updating it needs a developer. The site quietly costs enquiries.

A better way through

A useful change.

You get a site with a clear path from question to contact, built with semantic HTML and sensible performance. Your team can update prices, hours, and copy without a rebuild. Every page has one job and one visible next step.

The scope

What the work can include.

Content structure

A page plan built from customer questions, with a clear job and a single next step for every page.

Original design

A layout built for your content and brand, not a template filled in with stock sections.

Responsive build

Semantic HTML and a small script, tested on real phones and desktop browsers for speed and readability.

Editing guidance

A short guide to updating text, images, and hours so your team stays in control of the site.

In your business

Different industries. Familiar friction.

Illustrative use cases. Access, suitability and delivery scope are agreed for each project.

The work, in order

From a clear brief to a considered handover.

Our complete approach

01 /

Gather questions

We collect the real questions from sales calls, email, and front-desk conversations, then group them into pages.

02 /

Design and build

Pages are designed and developed together, so the layout fits the content instead of the other way around.

03 /

Test and hand over

We check speed, readability, and forms on real devices, then show your team how to make basic edits.

Good questions

Before we start.

Will we be able to edit the site ourselves?

We agree the editing approach before the build. A content editor can be included when your team needs to update pages without code; a simpler code-managed site may fit other projects. Handover covers the agreed editing workflow, and new features are scoped separately.

What does it cost to operate?

The proposal separates design and build from hosting, domains, any third-party tools and ongoing support. We identify which accounts you own and which subscriptions are needed before launch.

What is included in a website project?

We agree the pages, content responsibilities, enquiry flow, editing approach and launch checks in the proposal. Paid advertising and social media management are separate. Search rankings and formal compliance certifications are not promised deliverables.

Can the website connect to our sales process?

Yes, where your tools support the connection. We can scope enquiry capture, routing to your CRM and follow-up workflows alongside the website. Any chat assistant, phone agent or booking integration is specified and tested as its own part of the project.
