This note describes the contact form and the information you choose to share with SparkX.

Your contact enquiry

When you submit the contact form, your name, email address, business name, selected service and message are sent to SparkX through its configured email provider so we can respond to your enquiry. The website does not save enquiries in an application database. Your details remain in the form if delivery cannot be confirmed.

When you email or call

The details you send through email or share on a call are available to SparkX through those channels. Share only the information needed to discuss your enquiry. Please do not send passwords, customer records, financial details or other sensitive information in an initial message.

Browsing and hosting

This site's application code does not install advertising trackers, analytics scripts or optional cookies. Fonts are served with the site. The hosting provider may process request information to serve and protect the website, and a private review version may use platform sign-in. That platform's privacy terms apply to its own processing.
