Know what to build first.
Start with one process: how you handle enquiries, book work or follow up with customers. We map the steps with your team, check which systems can connect and recommend a useful first build. You receive a written assessment with a proposed scope and estimated setup and operating costs. A build is a separate decision.
Discuss your projectThe friction
Sound familiar?
The pain can be easier to name than the process. Work lives in inboxes, spreadsheets, and a few people's memory. Tools get bought before the workflow is understood. Then nobody can say whether the new system helped, because there was no baseline to compare against.
A better way through
A useful change.
You get a written map of how a process actually runs, a ranked shortlist of what to automate first, and the questions to ask any vendor. It is a working document your team can act on, whether you build with SparkX or handle it internally.
The scope
What the work can include.
One workflow map
The chosen process from first trigger to final handoff, including repeated work, missing information and approval steps.
Integration checks
A record of the tools involved, available connections, required access and any technical blockers.
First-build recommendation
A proposed starting scope, with acceptance criteria, human review points and options for tasks that should stay manual.
Setup and operating estimate
Estimated build, platform usage and support costs, with assumptions and dependencies made explicit.
In your business
Different industries. Familiar friction.
Illustrative use cases. Access, suitability and delivery scope are agreed for each project.
Retail
A shop wants to know whether order questions can be answered from stock data before it buys a chat tool.
AGREED FOR YOUR PROJECTScoping checks which systems actually hold the data and whether read access exists.
Professional services
A small accounting firm wants to cut time spent sorting client email into the right job folder.
AGREED FOR YOUR PROJECTAny personal data handling is reviewed before work starts, and rules follow your obligations.
Trades and home services
A contractor wants to stop losing quote requests that arrive after hours.
AGREED FOR YOUR PROJECTWe confirm which channels you can support and where a person takes over.
The work, in order
From a clear brief to a considered handover.
01 /
Walk the work
We meet your team, watch the tasks that repeat, and record the real steps rather than the documented ideal.
02 /
Score candidates
Each task is tested against clear rules: does it repeat, does it follow some logic, and can a person still check it?
03 /
Write the plan
You get the map, the shortlist, and a plain recommendation on the first thing to change and why.
Good questions
Before we start.
How long does an assessment take?
Before work starts, we agree the workflow, required access, deliverables and schedule. The schedule accounts for the systems involved and the time your team can make available.
How is the assessment priced?
The assessment is a one-time piece of work with a fee agreed in the proposal. The resulting build estimate separates setup, platform usage and support, so you can evaluate the full cost before deciding to proceed.
What will we be able to decide afterwards?
You will have a recommended first scope, integration findings and estimated costs. Unconfirmed access or technical questions are identified before a build is proposed. Specialist legal or privacy advice remains with your advisors.
Do we have to build with SparkX afterwards?
No. The workflow map and recommendations are yours to keep. Your team can implement them internally, take them to another provider or ask SparkX to scope the build.
